Terms of service.

For the purposes of these terms:

• Operator — Aleksandra Bogocz, who runs the mrumi.com project. Contact: hello@mrumi.com.
• Service — the mrumi.com website together with the tools provided within it.
• User — a person using the Service, with an account or via the publicly available parts.
• Account — a set of authentication data (email and password) and the data associated with it that the User provides.

The Service is provided free of charge and in a beta phase. The Operator does not guarantee continuous availability, completeness, or correctness of the Service and reserves the right to introduce changes, planned downtime, and to disable individual features without prior notice.

• An Account may be created only by an adult. Minors use an Account with the consent and supervision of their legal guardian.
• Creating an Account requires a valid email address and a password. The Operator may verify the address through a link sent to that email.
• Each person may hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans is not allowed.
• Data entered into the Account should be true and up to date. The Operator may delete an Account containing knowingly false data.

When using the Service the User undertakes to:

• Refrain from providing content of an unlawful nature — a prohibition expressly stated by Art. 8(3)(2)(b) of the Polish Act on Provision of Services by Electronic Means.
• Respect third-party rights, including copyright, personality rights, and animal welfare.
• Avoid actions that could destabilize the Service or impose excessive load on its infrastructure.
• Not attempt to bypass technical measures or probe security without the Operator's explicit consent.

Content uploaded by the User remains their property. The User grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display such content within the Service solely for the purpose of the Service's operation. The User is responsible for the legal compliance of the content they upload.

The Service — in particular its code, design, editorial content, and infrastructure — is subject to the Operator's intellectual property rights. Use of the Service does not transfer these rights to the User. Quoting and linking on terms permitted by copyright law are allowed.

Content provided through the Service is informational and does not constitute veterinary, medical, or legal advice. The Operator is not responsible for decisions made by the User based on the Service's content. The Operator's liability is limited to damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by Polish law.

The User may at any time terminate the agreement for the provision of the Service by deleting the Account from the settings panel or by contacting the Operator electronically. Account deletion covers all associated data. Anonymous error logs and aggregated data are removed in accordance with the retention policy set out in the Privacy Policy.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms. The User holding an Account will be notified of material changes with appropriate advance notice by email or via an on-site notice. Lack of acceptance entitles the User to terminate the agreement by deleting the Account.

Using the Service requires a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled, acceptance of cookies strictly necessary for the Service's operation, and a stable internet connection. The Operator is not responsible for errors arising in unsupported environments.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes arising from the use of the Service are resolved by the court competent under the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.

Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, and applicable personal data protection legislation.
